“Party for the Planet” is an Earth Day celebration filled with conservation learning and fun throughout the Charles Paddock Zoo!
The Annual “Party for the Planet” Earth Day Celebration is a fun way for children of all ages to experience interactive adventures, hands-on activities, exhibits by sustainability-conscious businesses, plus a variety of educational demonstrations. Party for the Planet activities are included with General Admission.
GENERAL ZOO ADMISSION:
$13 Adults 13 & over
$8 Ages 5-12
$5 Ages 3-4
$11 Seniors 65+
Children 2 and Under Free
Over 200 animal species to enjoy at the Zoo! Many of the Zoo's residents are part of a globally managed program to preserve animals and their habitats. The Zoo features several unique species not often seen in facilities of our size, including fossa, red pandas, Malayan tiger, lemurs, and meerkats, as well as many other exciting and interesting mammals, birds, reptiles, and insects. The Charles Paddock Zoo is an accredited zoo by the Association of Zoos & Aquariums and is SLO County’s ONLY Zoo! It is open daily and located at Atascadero Lake Park on Hwy 41/Morro Road, one mile west of Hwy 101.
